"Visual and physical inspection was conducted and found a top panel that is rusted and cut through already and must be replaced, tried getting into diagnostics and couldnt, UI panel is damaged beyond repair, also there was a burning smell perceived. So at this point, I couldnt witness not to replicate the claimed noises. I am recommending a new top panel, main board and UI panel for replacement.
