DRYER WHIRLPOOL WGD4616FW1 Cx stated her problem with the unit. And also mentioned door was hard to open/close. Cx was under the impression that the start button had the option to turn off the dryer. Explained to cx the on and off button label option only applies to the end of buzzer feature on unit. To shut unit off she needs to turn timer to the off position or open the door. Lubricated door strike to make door easier to open and close. Unit checks ok.

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFC300ESS01 Checked unit found odd noise when pressing dispenser button. Removed unit from wall found placement of water line was the issue. When refrigerator was pushed back it kinked water line. Re adjusted position of hose unit now working properly.
