"Customer states the unit would sometimes not finish a cycle. Checked for faults and ran a service test. Found a 5-1(door stuck open) code. Unit finished the service cycle without fault. Per the tech sheet the most likely cause for this fault is the door not being closed within 4 seconds after start is pressed. Instructed customer to run water at the sink until it is hot before starting the dishwasher, to use rinse aid and select all the heating options for better drying performance. Unit checks ok ."

Upon arrival found Unit full of water. Tested pump and found no voltage going to pump causing it not to drain. Access to main control board and found harness being stretched. Reinstall control board and secured all connectors to Main control Board. Re-tested unit and unit is now draining. Ran through test cycle and it passed all test with no faults at the time of service.
