"Spoke to the whirlpool tech line. The refrigerator section has a bulge inside the refrigerator on the right hand side preventing the door from closing, I put a new door on in the door still would not close. Note with this refrigerator was delivered, the delivery guys left the door loose enough so it will close properly and then it finally started making noise, the customer called for service and this is where we are now it took seven months for this problem to come. I spent one and a half hours trying to realign the door the door hinges put a new door and take the door off. We will have to call Monday to talk to the tech line possibly Tuesday about a replacement of this refrigerator. "

Ran unit with a few towels and water unit agitates clockwise and counter clockwise. Performed drain and spin cycle unit worked as designed. Cx thinks tub should not move on the inside. Explained to her the rod suspension system used in this washer and that the fact that it moves is normal. Cx also stated she found ball bearing inside tub. There are no bearings that would be found in tub. Explained this to cx as well. Found no error codes and called tech line to troubleshoot. Did not find an issue but was unable to document because system is down per tech line.
