WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5000DW3 Customer states every once and a while the unit does not extract the clothes well in spin and leaves a wet load in the unit. Checked faults and ran a service test. Found a 0-5(out of balance load). Ran a service test and found the unit completes this test without fault. Ran a spin cycle. Unit spun without becoming unbalanced. Pushed down on the basket and let it bounce. The unit did not bounce more than once. Called WPTS (7728018624) to document the occurrence and to see if they have any other tests they would like me to perform. WPTS states that since there is only the unbalanced load code and the unit passes the service test that the load is the cause for the extraction issues. Calibrated the unit. Unit operating as designed.
