She has shown me some samples and how the spoons clean up with just water. The spoons are stainless steel. Checked for faults and ran a service test. No faults stored the service test checks ok. Noted suds after the cycle was complete. WPTS (7727075055) and explained what I was seeing. WPTS said to check that the customer is using a good quality detergent, using rinse aid, the water supply is hot enough and the drain line is set up correctly. The customer water supply is over 120f and she says she purges the water before starting the cycle. The customer is using rinse aid AND Cascade Complete pods. The drain line does not have a high loop. Corrected this issue. The rinse aid dispenser was set at its highest dosage. Halved this dosage. Customer to monitor the performance of the dishwasher and report as needed."

Finally after some time I was able to get the unit out of demo mode. It still took some tries before getting in to diagnostics and when you would select one item it would go to a different selection. Fault codes were multiple 6-0(comm) codes. Replaced UI and tested . Unit operating as designed.
