Saul new clamp on unit. While installing found an excessive amount of debris stuck in Bello. Removed all debris.. Ran drain cycle and found unit slowly draining. Informed customer of drain problem. Customer approved to have pump cleared of all obstruction and debri. Removed pump and filter and cleared all debris. Re-tested unit and unit is now cycling and draining with no faults. Secured drain hose with zip ties. Job complete
