Set oven to 350. Put my thermal couple and center rack close the door and let it to create a temperature. My thermal couple red 384°. The customer noted that they calibrated the oven 30° higher to try to get a better performance. I haven’t called to 340 and then heated again to 380. I let this happen four times. Unit is working as designed. Please put on route for Tuesday so I can call tech line
