WASHER WHIRLPOOL MVWB835DW3 Checked for faults and ran a service test. Unit showing an 8-1(slow/no fill) 0-3(overload). Found the hot water was turned off. This will cause an 8-1 code and affects the washers performance. Drain line is installed correctly.Turned on hot water and found the unit passes the service test. Instructed the customer to leave the hot water on and use the COLD WASH cycle or chose cold water in any other cycle. For this unit Cold is a set temperature. If the tap cold water is too cold it will attempt to add some hot water for better wash performance. The basket spins freely and I can detect nothing in testing that would cause the 0-3(overload code). Instructed customer to run a CLEAN WASHER cycle because I feel there is detergent build up in the unit. Customer to monitor the unit and report if needed.

Removed a portion of the air gap to sink drain line because it was sagging and I could here the drain water and noted the garbage disposal was loose. RANGE WHIRLPOOL WFG525S0HZ1 Customer states the door does not close and the lower drawer is hitting the Infiniti on wire and causing the unit to not preheat consistently. Inspected unit and found the hinges damaged. Replaced hinges and tested door. Door closing correctly. Found the ignition harness has a loose connection at the igniter. Reset connection for a tighter fit to the igniter and routed the harness behind the gas valve stem (orifice) . Started unit and found it pre heating normally. A plastic frame part was broken and popped out of place after the door was opened and closed a few times. This will eventually cause door issues and should be replaced;1 W10761014 (trim-door)
