White to red and then white to blue 12 volts. Fan replacement issue. Possibly a fan issue. Garret tech line. Checked out harness to fan. Brown and orange wire was not plugged in all the way not sure why or how but pin was sticking out of the brown wire not in all the way. Connection made and fan is now working correctly. Tested and checked out. Job completed. Wire in fan was the issue.
