"Customer states: Another service provider came out and replaced (what I believe to be)a thermal fuse. According to the customer the whole unit was disassembled for th is .This company recommended that they get their vents cleaned. The customer states they did and that someone cleaned them from the roof vent down. The customer states after that repair the unit did not work correctly. It would overheat, when the items were removed they were hard to touch because they were too hot. The the items dried in this unit would get wrinkled so badly that in some cases they had to be thrown away. They would see this in items that dont typically have these issues. The unit seamed to not be able to adjust times for auto drying. Called the office to see how they wanted me to proceed. They said they would speak to the customer. I Finished writing the report and looked up some pre ID parts. Went back and knocked on the garage door and then the main door to see if the office had contacted them and to let them know there garage door was open in case they though I had left. Found the cooktop knob in the wrong position reinstalled the knobs now all the knobs are in the right position. Unit operating properly now.

Found the evaporator fan not working correctly. Replaced with truck stock. Unit checks ok.; used 1 WP2315549 (Motor) from stock

Plugged in unit and drain pump activated. Let unit run for several minutes to clear drain out. Drain stopped after approx 7 min. Water to unit turned off at wall. Turned on water. Ran testing cycle and calibrated unit. Unit working properly.

Found washer with exexively soap and not loaded properly removed soap reloaded retest checking out ok complete.

F3e5 code. Running diagnostics. Tested and got soap to come out. Pump is working. But every time the dispenser went back in it didnt seal correctly. Replaced dispenser drawer. Customer didnt have and detergent. Will get some. Job completed

Installed new icemaker. All ops now working as designed.

I replaced all four shocks and tested unit. Spin is better and it is working per design. Slight rattle at first speed then it goes away. If unit rattling is worse then there is an issue with the balance rings inside tub assembly. Job complete

I found the wrong suspension rods installed on unit causing tub to sit too high. Removed and replaced suspension rods. All tests good.

Replaced interlock switches and tested. Unit is functioning as normal.

Unit was frozen at panel. Removed and replaced touch panel. All tests good.

Light not coming on in FC. I found frozen door switch. I defrosted contacts on door switch. All tests good.

Found the diode shorted and was the reason for abnormal sound and no heat operation. After removing and replacing the diode the unit sounds and operates normally. All functions restored. Job completed.

Found the broiler working but the bake is not. Found no error codes stored at this time. Found the bake igniter not a 1/4 inch from the burner tube so it was not lighting properly. I adjusted the igniter too a 1/4 inch away from the burner tube and now the bake tube ignites every time when asked. All functions restored. Job completed.

Found two large holes in the outer tub. Took pic of issue. Customer says they will get unit exchanged by the retailer.
