Customer states the unit is drying better now that they are using rinse aid. Instructed customer to run water at the sink before starting the dishwasher so it fills with the hottest water possible. Told customer to use all dry and heat options for better drying. Customer stated that the unit will release steam that collects on the bottom of the marble counter above it. The end of this counter extends about 3-4” in front of the face of the dish washer. The dishwasher can not be pulled out much more because the side would be exposed. Called WPTS (7728492475) and explained what was happening. They stated that this unit was not intended . When the warm moist air leaving the static vent hits the cooler counter the steam will condense. WPTS states this is not a defect of the unit.

When I reinstalled the filter the sound was not present. Noted the filter is not PUR filter, it is a after market filter. Advised customer to purchase the recommended filter for this unit. After market parts can cause issues like this but it is not the unit . Noted the RC door switch sometimes will delay in turning on the lights. All the lights come on in both compartments when one door is opened. Only the RC door switch turns on and off the UI.
