The unit is under extended warranty so no changes. Customer complaint is the unit not cleaning the dishes and not too sure if it is draining properly. I found the lower spray arm no longer attached to the machine. Reason for poor to no washability. I found the left side hanger for the heater lifter up and preventing the spray arm from turning and I believe it is the reason the arm came detached. I reinstalled the spray arm and ran two diagnostic cycles to check functions and all functions tested ok even the draining. No error codes are stored at this time. All functions restored and working after repair. Job completed.

The unit is under manufacture warranty so no changes. The customers complaint is the freezer light not coming on and temp concerns. Found the cooling is ok at the moment freezer temp at 0 degrees and the refrigerator was at 38-39 degrees. Set point is 37 and 0 respectively. Found the light in the freezer not coming on because there is ice inside the switch from the previous visit by a different company. The previous tech repaired the cooling issue but the freezer door not sliding out properly and getting hung up. That could have caused the ice inside the switch. Techline told me to use whatever means necessary to get the freezer door open. I used a pry bar and carefully forced the door open. The plastic studs broke off of the door liner and the door rails were bent in the process. Ordering parts needed to repair the damages. Door is backordered.
