Inspected unit and found gasket with a crease in it. Also Cx showed picture of leaking. Clearly there was another soap issue. Last time I was here there was a lot of soap in unit. I replaced creased gasket. Cx is using to much soap. Advised on 1 pack of soap. Unit passed all test with no leaks.

Found the evap fan not turning properly and reason for cooling issue. The evap motor needs to be replaced also the door not sealing well because it appears the unit was dropped at one point in its life but should be able to heat treat to get the door to seal. Trip and diagnostic is 145.00. Labor is a l14 187.92. And the motor is 232.73 with a sales tax of 20.36. So total is 586.01. Customer is in touch with whirlpool and are trying to get a concession. So will use 30 day estimate. Only charging trip and diagnostic. Motor needed is WPW10464673.

Customer was complaining that the unit was making a strange sound intermittently. Upon diagnosis I found the sound to be coming from the damper. I replaced the damper in the unit is now working as designed at this time.

"3-1(pressure sensor fault) 8-1(no/low flow) 6-3( com error) 8-3(overflow condition). Tested pressure sensor per tech sheet and found it operating as designed. Cleared air bell, pressure tube. and the coin trap. Raised drain line. Customer only using cold water. Found the unit had no error codes stored at this time. I ran a suspension test and it failed the test. I then inspected the basket and it is nice and tight to the transmission. The belt is making a squealing noise during the diagnostic cycle. I replaced the suspension kit and the belt and now there is no more shaking and no more abnormal sounds.
