Used steamer to remove ice from filter head and installed new filter provided by cx. No water flow but valve hums.Good water supply to unit. Advised defrost u it for 24 hours to remove remaining ice. Cx states unit is not drying at allTech started timed dry and unit started tumbling but no ignition from coils. Ignitor glows. Found gas valve off took quick pic.Retested and now have ignition and heats as designed. Explained to cx issue. All ops are as designed job complete

Found temps in fridge not normal. Also still leaks water out the front of the ice maker box. Not sealing properly after installation needs new box adaptor. Found thermistor shorted . fascia heater failed to come on on test. Ordering fascia w heater. Ordering box adaptor also replacing wire harness with thermistor. ; rqstng P&A on 1 W10739299 (box-ice) and 1 WPW10277799 (harns-wire) and 1 WPW10553630 (escutcheon) and 1 WPW10635022 (adapter)
