"Customer stated the unit stopped cooling and deli display not responding all the time. I took temp reading and temps were normal. I removed deli display and found connector not fully inserted causing deli display not to be responsive and could also cause cooling loss. I tightened connector, retested display. Display is now responsive. All tests good."

Unit not agitating. I tested unit and found that unit will not agitate. I went down to gearcase and found that the arm on the actuator that switches between spin and agitation was broken and actuator was stuck in spin mode. Removed and replaced actuator. Tested unit. All tests good. ; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock
