"Bezel around potentiometer is broken and has fallen off. This part keeps the knob in place and eventually will cause the potentiometer to fail. The units display will black out and make the unit unusable, the customer has to cycle power to the unit for it to work again. The door handle is loose on the RH side. This handle is attached to a metal bracket mounted directly to glass. The metal bracket is forced unevenly into the glass when the door is opened and will cause this to break.
