All screws had at least a half turn more they could have been set in. Pulled on gasket to checks security. Cleaned up frost and condensation. Unit operating as designed.

Customer states the water features stopped working. Checked dispenser and found no flow. Removed filter and flow was restored. Unit is only about 2 months old. Customer states the last unit they had did not have this issue. Advised customer to contact WP about this to see what they could do. Instructed customer to purge the line to the unit into a bucket and note details of the water condition. Then to run water through the unit after purging. After this install the new filter and purge that with 1-2 gallons of water.
