"JB out 7/26/23. Customer states ice production is very slow. Upon arrival found ice storage bin less than 1/3 filled with ice. Examined ice cubes and verified proper size and shape. Cycled icemaker and verified correct in Complete and Harvest Cycle, including water fill. Found who we control set an ideal change pooling control for maximal Cooling due to high heat temperatures during the summer. recommend changing Cooling Settings after summer. Heat breaks. Also recommend refrigerator toepanel Grill be removed it every two months for the life of the product and the condenser coil should be vacuumed and brushed clean to maintain high level of energy efficiency, and increase ice production. A condenser call that has not been regularly causes the refrigerator to run longer, use more electricity and slow down and ice production, no parts used or needed. No charge to customer. "Unit is making ice, customer stated that the icemaker stopped making ice after replacing the water filter. Unit started to make ice after a few days. Customer did not add water to the filter nor run the dispenser. Advised customer that when changing the filter it is recommended to add water to the filter then install to prevent the least amount of air then run water through the dispenser to push any remaining air out. Unit is functioning as designed"
