Found that evaporator in FC is very iced up causing for evap fan motor blade to hit up against ice causing for a constant loud sound. Defrosted evap and made sure thermistor and bimetal were active and in proper spot per WPL recommendation. All ops now testing normal. Job complete.

Found connector to igniter came loose not allowing for ignitor to come on. Reinstalled and secured ignitor connection. Ignitor now kicking on with no problems. Instructed cx they also will need to get vents cleaned out. All ops now testing normal.
