Customer states there is a strong gas smell noted during broil. Customer states that PG&E told her there might be a delay in ignition that is a potential explosion hazard. Tried lighting the broil about 10 times and found it ignites properly. Called WPTS ( 7726728806 ) to ask how they wanted me to proceed. They stated if we could not duplicate the issue they could not recommend any parts. Let unit stay in broil for a while and started sniffing around the back . Noted a strong gas odor at the connection from the line from the regulator to the broil fitting at the connection to the broil fitting. Found that I could turn this connecting nut by hand. Found that the nut was able to turn about 4 rotations before it even snugged the tube up to the broil fitting. Tightened with a small wrench and tested. No more gas smell noted. Unit checks ok.NOTE: when I called WPTS and gave them the serial # off the unit they had a purchase date of 6.29.19. Unit is under the i

Tried putting rolled paper towel behind gasket to force gasket to expand, so doors would line up properly and once gasket reformed after a few weeks would remove rolled paper. Informed Cx that door gasket is compressed and I could replace gasket but that may not resolve issue. MM heated heated Gasket and tried to reform gasket. Informed Cx that over time gasket on feet door would compress and doors would be even. Cx stated he will call pacific sales and have unit replaced. Techline used previous file number."

Cx says the unit is not cooling. The lower drawer has frozen items. The setting @0/34RON TECH-191223-004244. Informed of poor cooling condition. Checked the power to evap motor is correct. Found the wires were pinched causing the fan not to run. The fan motor is operating. Relieved pinched wires. Removed power to reset the unit. All ops normal.

Cx states large center top burner flame is flow and the lower oven took an additional hour to bake a cake (took two hours when normal ice is 1 hour)Cx states rep on the phone told Cx that service fee parts and labor would all be covered.Removed oval center burner and found debris clogging the head. Instructed cx on proper maintained of range. Took quick picHave low foam on oval center burner head. Adjusted fuel level to max and still have very low flame.Started lower oven bake with lower panels removed. Ignitor glows and have ignition but flame blew out easily and did not reignite. Closed door and ran bake again and unit is heating as designed but appears to have wear gas flow. No change when running all burner heads vs one head so not a pressure issue. Cx states that unit will turn on and spin but when they put clothing into the unit the drum will not spin.Ran unit for several minutes and unit stopped spinning after approx 5 minutes.
