Unit showing a 2-1 ( stick shorted key) checked connection from the keypad to the UI and from the UI to the main control. Connections are secure. Checked for fault code in service mode. Found an F2E1 which was present on the display when I arrived. Opted there was residue on the UI. After I checked the fault code I started a bake cycle. The unit entered the bake cycle. Cleaned off the residue on the keypad. The unit reached its set temperature and maintained it. Called WPTS and was hung up on. Called again (7729425437) told to do what I had already done. WPTS states if this happens again they would recommend replacing the UI assembly.

Upon arrival found unit powered off. Flip breakers and unit powered on. Ran through test cycle and unit passed all test. Did not find any burn marks at the time of service. Rear liner did have a residue left over. Wiped and found orange discoloration. Unit passed all tests were no failures at the time of service. But heater both top and bottom units to 350. Broiler also pass test.Job complete
