Found the drain pump had a loose connection and was the reason for the not draining issue. All functions tested ok in diagnostic after reconnecting the drain pump. Also noticed the rinse aid dispenser empty so recommended filling it. Also the unit has some hard water deposits building up so I recommend using LEMI SHINE to help alleviate the hard water buildup. All functions are now working. Job completed.

"Unit leaking water and shaking during spin. I found that the water was leaking through the gearcase and that the basket hub and suspension were causing excessive shaking. Removed and replaced gearcase, washplate, hub, cam, belt and suspension. Tested and calibrated. All tests good."

"Cx states unit not draining. Drain hose is installed incorrectly. Drain hose is taped to 2 inch copper pipe sticking out of wall. Copper pipe leads to outside was and ends at a water Spicket. Cx had valve on spicket closed. Opened valve, water drained slowly. Cx has obstruction in copper pipe inside wall. Unit operating as designed. Job complete."
