Customer stated that the ice maker is still not making ice. Found ice maker cycles but not filling with water. Removed and replaced ice maker and fill tube heater tested all works good at this time.

"Customer states sometimes the door is difficult to close . The unit used to whistle but now it hisses. Found that the hiss and difficulty in opening is from the air cooling,contracting and creating negative pressure. This makes the door difficult to open until the seal is broken. Explained that until the drain line gets water in it from the first defrost cycles it creates a whistle. Once the drain line fills with water, usually the next sound you hear is the air bypassing the gasket. I explained these are normal occurrences and means the door is sealing well."
