The FC door was not closing correctly and the RC and Fc are packed to the point were items are on top of items so there is no air movement between the product. Instructed customer that air needs to pass between all items to promote even cooling. There are a lot of vegetables in the RC , not all are in bins because they are full. This causes moisture because the product is dehydrating and releasing moisture. Found a majority of the sound comes from the front wheels and hinge. I have tightened all the fittings to dampen this as much as possible. The door closing assembly and hinges are ok.
