"Customer states they had a power outage and the unit has not worked correctly since then. They have stated it is not adding water and is making a noise. Checked for faults and ran a service test. The only fault was 0-5(OUT OF BALANCE LOAD). The unit finished its service cycle no new fault codes were created. Did not hear hot water enter the unit . Found there is no hot water supply and the unit was set to cold, this will add hot water if the cold water is too cold. Checked lid lock, water valves, drain, suspension, spin and agitate functions independently. All checked ok. Calibrated control. WPTS says the unit has to be on a dedicated CKT, currently it is connected to an outlet that has a freezer and fridge connected to it. Documented with WPTS(7729178430). Told customer the unit needs to be on a dedicated CKt so line noise does not confuse the control."
