Visual and physical inspection leaded me to a freezers drawer that was left opened for an extended time period and created some ice buildup issues. Some frozen groceries were found right behind the drawers and that was probably the cause of drawer not shutting close. Consumer was suggested to turn or unplug the unit off for 48 hours and then back on for normal operation to resume. Will call if any other issues are found.

Customer states the unit will fill then drain. The customer did a spin cycle to drain the clothes and the unit became unbalanced. Found the pressure tube had become disconnected from the control. Connected pressure tube and ran a fill test. Unit passed. Ran a spin test and found the unit operating as designed.
