Customer states that unit is giving error code. Checked unit and found long fill error code. Ran manual test and found the hot water side not working. Unplugged unit and removed UI panel. Turned water off and removed valve. Installed new valve and assembled unit. Tested unit and water is properly dispensing. Ran auto test and found the gearcase making grinding noise. "F3/E2-INLET WATER FAULT, F8/E1-LONG FILL, F0/E3-OVERLOAD, F7/E9-LOCKED ROTOR, F2/E1 UI STUCK KEY. Cx says poor water flow. Found several errors above. Tested the valve found not allowing water to flow. Solenoid is stuck, cold. Replaced inlet valve and housing. Test water flow good. calibration passed. All ops normal."
