"Checked operations unit is working as design, basic unit final spin speed which is automatically set in the control no spin speed control, unit is balanced and correct feet set , unit has a cabinet flex to it from the upper edge which causes it to vibrate left and right a little bit more than the base there’s nothing mechanically I can do about that let the customer know and showed him that it is cabinet flex and there’s nothing I can do and since there’s no spin speed setting that you can affect if the unit is designed to work this way operating normalCustomer was using way too much soap and let them know that use the deep water wash to help balance out the stuff that’s in his washer stay in place for a good spin without getting out of balance"
