Customer states they have been instructed to use less detergent and they clean the unit with Affresh .Checked for faults and ran a service cycle. Unit showing an 2-1(stuck key), unit passed the service test without fault. Filled with hot water and agitated to check for detergent build up . None noted. Calibrated the unit and tested unit operating as designed."
