"The temperatures seem to be proper in upper and lower oven, the customer was concerned that the temperatures were too high. Gave customer instructions on pre-heat, the temperature will be higher than normal in preheat and give the oven about 20 minutes to settle into its proper temperature. Also gave customer instructions on how to use the timer cycle the stop time in the start time. The oven tested good no error codes."
