"Checked operations the middle mullion rail was out of alignment pulled out , I removed and reinstalled correct , unit now actuated good , and correct , the left door does not stay wide open and shuts slowly , operations ok and correct the door is working as designed at this time unit is lifted to look uniform if I tried to lower it door alignment would be off , operations ok now at this time"

"SG recall Checked operations with the customer , unit noises customer is hearing is normal fan motors on high , nothing wrong with the unit no codes firmware is correct , temps are good as well , instructed customer that all the fan motors, including the condenser fan motor or variable speed motor, and can ramp up or slow down as needed, and that also includes noise levels, more noticeably when those motors on high speeds unit is working as designed nothing abnormal found"
