Found the drain pump had a loose connection and was the reason for the not draining issue. All functions tested ok in diagnostic after reconnecting the drain pump. Also noticed the rinse aid dispenser empty so recommended filling it. Also the unit has some hard water deposits building up so I recommend using LEMI SHINE to help alleviate the hard water buildup. All functions are now working. Job completed.

Upon arrival inspected unit customer stated that there was a vibrating noise coming from the freezer compartment during my inspection I found that the fan vent with Lewers in it was not popped in correctly. I was able to pop it back in. I added per my gum unit is now no longer making that noise and working as intended. "Unit was not cooling, replaced compressor and evaporator because of restriction. Also replaced filter drier. Vacuums unit and reinstalled r134, made sure no leaks were present. After applying some Freon, I started unit up. Let it cool for 10 minutes and unit began to drop from 68 to 58 degrees. Unit is now working properly"

"Found that the defrost timer is shorted when using the multimeter found a unit was completely off. The only thing on was the bulb inside the fresh food section after unplugging unit and installing brand new defrost timer, the unit started to work properly without an issue compressor turned on condenser fan turned on and also evaporator fan.
