"Customer states the unit makes a squealing, whistling noise when the basket is turning slowly. Ran a service test and checked for faults. 2-1(stuck key) is the only fault. The motor whines at low speed. I have replaced the gear case for this sound in the past and found the sound still present. Unit needs a stator and control as well as the gear case. There is some sound in the suspension as well but not the sound identified.Note: this unit is upstairs in a drain pan.
