Installed IM and tried for 45 minutes to get the LED connection out of the cabinet foam. While trying to pull out the harness the LED became disconnected. The connection is about an inch in to the liner. Called WPTS (7727662920) . They had deemed the unit unrepairable. I was trying to reconnect the LED the whole time I was on the phone with them and as soon as I got the sr # and hung up “CLICK” the connection went in and locked into place. LED now working.

Instructed to inform the customer that these are usage issues. Told customer to use less detergent and to make sure loads put in the unit can be balanced by a unit that can only tumble and spin to try and distribute weight. This means no heavy items mixed with lighter items( this is to be considered wet). Unit is operating as designed."
