DISHWASHER KITCHEN AID KDTE334GPS0 Customer states the unit is not cleaning well. Checked for faults and ran a service test. Unit has 1 stored fault. 2-1(UI stuck key Keypad tests ok. Unit went through a service cycle without fault. Ran a normal cycle after the service cycle and checked water temperature it was 97f. ran water at the sink after the service cycle and normal cycle to check the temp in the unit. It took an additional minute of running water at the sink until it was 120f. Called WPTS (7727767881) they said to have the customer run water at the sink until it is 120f then to start the unit. To use the Tough cycle with all the heat modifiers for best results. WPTS said to have the customer watch how dishes are loaded. Avoid blocking water jets to any of the dishes in the unit.

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KBSD602ESS01 I was told by WPTS last visit to replace ALL of the LEDS on the CKT that is failing. I have done this. I have also replaced the light board. None of these parts have corrected the issue. Called WPTS again about this unit that has had over 6 visits from me for the same problem. I have documented this multiple times and I keep getting told to replace the LEDS. The other side of the CKT is working fine. Told that there is a sixth light. This is not on the service manual. Replaced this light (behind the IM) and the LEDs lit up. Left and was called back because no lights were working at all. This was after I verified EVERY light in this unit was working. Cycled power at the unit compartment and the LEDs worked but the display did not light up. Turned off cooling and turned back on and the display started working. Unit operating as designed (now).

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS325SDHZ04 FC evaporator is frosted up. The evaporator thermistor checks ok through the control and the unit can be forced through diagnostics to defrost. When I see this issue it is usually the evaporator thermistor that sometimes shows open and sometimes checks ok without replacing parts. I have replaced various parts with mixed results.
