"JB out 7/29/23. Customer states dishwasher is inoperative. It does not power up. Upon arrival found dishwasher recently installed without using under counter. Mounting brackets and junction. Box cover is not installed leaving in unsafe situation. Test the dishwasher found no power further inspection. found power cord installed correctly, plugged in the outlet under the kitchen sink, but out with under kitchen sink is governed by the wall-mounted switch for the garbage disposer cutting off the power to the dishwasher outlet as well as the garbage disposal. installer needs to be contacted to return to properly level the dishwasher and install the junction box cover, and the tow panel cover an electrician will need to come out and properly wire The Outlet saw that one plug is controlled by the wall switch. this will be for the garbage disposer and the other outlet is hot. 24 hours so that the dishwasher has constant power supply to it. Test the dishwasher verified fill, wash and drain functions. Also found left-hand side upper rack dish rack stop is missing. Advise customer manufactures warranty does not cover missing parts. In this part needs to be installed to prevent upper rack from sliding out completely when use this is a safety issue and must be taken care of. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect. Found service call visit. No charge to customer. Job complete."

JB out 7/29/23. Customer states newly installed double wall oven displays F3E0 when upper oven is used. Verified code. Removed oven from wall installation. Installed replacement Oven Sensor W11598120. Reassembled unit and reinstalled into wall cavity.Tested both upper and lower ovens set to Bake 350f.No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE

Found unit making noise during agitation. Sounds like a dolphin. Found cam pulley nut backed out causing the pulley to drop and gears to rub. Removed the nut and applied loctite adhesive and reinstalled. Tested unit. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function at this time.

Valve stuck open. Causismg tub to fill with water. Replaced valve and tested unit. Unit is working properly.

Found buzzing noise coming from condenser rattling on the ground. Adjusted condenser and put unit on its feet just a hair to give condenser a little more clearance from ground. Unit is working properly. Customer approves. Will call back if problem continues.

Unit making noise during cycle and not cleaning clothes properly. I found that the noise was coming from the slider. Removed and replaced slider. Tested unit and gave tips for better performance. All tests good.; used 1 W10734521 (SLIDER) from stock

"Customer is concerned with temps in RC, temp of water from dispenser and ice production being too slow. I took temps in both compartments. FC was at 4 degrees and RC was at 42. The ambient temp in kitchen was 95+ and a large family. I cycled ice maker, ice maker cycled normal. All tests good. Gave customer tips on not opening the door as much when kitchen is hot and gave customer expected ice production numbers. All tests normal."

Unit not draining and giving f9e1 error code. I verified voltage to drain pump but pump not responding. Failed drain pump. Removed and replaced drain pump. Tested unit. All tests good.

Customer unable to remove water filter from filter head. I found that the water pressure is too high to remove easy. I instructed customer on how to turn off water and release the pressure before replacing filter. All tests good with refrigerator.

Removed and replaced compressor drier precooler tubing and service stub. Installed and charged w. Nitrogen at 140 psi. Wont hold. Sprayed all joints down with micro leak detector. No visible leaks at joints. Called techline. Spoke w garret at techline. File number #7736971520 Informed of issue. Documented and forwarded me to master tech Master tech informed me they going to send in for review

Removed and replaced ui. Tested now working as designed. Job complete Collected balance

Found the water to the unit I. The off position so the entire unit was not receiving water. I turned on the water and now the dispenser is getting water and the ice maker is as well. I advanced the ice maker and it called for water. Recommend leaving the unit on for several days and seeing if it continues with the ice production. Customer will call back with any issues.

After replacing all parts related to the ice maker I ran a cycle to check for leaks and none found. All tested ok. Customer will call back if issues persist. Job completed.

Found the unit had two error codes stored at this time. One was a f8e1 long fill and a f0e3 overloaded. I ran several diagnostic test with the valve and checked the pressure hose and all checked ok. Not to sure what caused the error but I removed the code and recalibrated the unit. After further inspection found the cold water valve in step on in diagnostics failed. It was receiving 122 but no water coming into the unit. I replaced the valve and all tested ok. I recalibrated unit again after repair.

After replacing all parts ordered the unit is operating properly. All functions tested ok. Job completed.

After replacing the slider and the rotor the unit is now able to rotate the basket and continue with the cycle. Job completed. All functions tested ok after repair.

Greeted cx cx said veggies would freeze and old unit have condition build up put old unit skid plate to remove small space remove old unit installed new unit pluged new unit in new unit worcking as designed

Found the suspension rods worn and the hub loose. Customer declined estimate for repair.
