During the service cycle I found the wash power sounded weak. After the service cycle I checked the spray arms and found EVERY port on EVERY spray arm was clogged with food debris. The water temp was only 109f(120f is the expected temperature) there is no rinse aid in the dispenser . Called WPTS(7727084378) to explain what I have found and to see if this is covered. WPTS states this unit does not have a chopper assembly so removing chunks of food is the responsibility of the user. They could not comment on warranty coverage and directed me to trade partners. WPTP (7727084769) stated that this was NOT a defect with the unit , is a USAGE issue and therefore not covered by the manufacturer warranty."
