Upon arrival found unit level and freezer door not closing smoothly. Adjusted cabinet level front feet so that unit now leans 1 to 2° backwards, giving the doors a better inclination to close. Removed freezer door and applied silicone grease to upper and lower hinge to promote an easier slide for the door to close. Reassembled and tested both doors now. Close smoothly and evenly, allowing for proper door seal. Verified customer is not over loading the product. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Cx bought washer from Costco. There is a drain line beneath where washer was placed that protrudes from floor. Installers didnt check area before placing washer on top of it and washer was damaged before cx use.cx wasnt aware of problem until first use. If washer leveling legs were raised before or during installation washer wouldnt be damaged.cx returning washer.

"JB out 4/7/23. customer states newly installed wash machine does not complete cycle and shuts off before washing. Upon arrival found washing machine is located outside. Theres no protection from the elements. Also found only cold water supply connect with the washer, no hot water. Drain hose is connected to an extension that promotes a siphon condition, no air gap . Advise customer Washing machine must be connected to both hot and cold water supply to operate and complete wash like it. Additionally, the drain hose must be installed with an air gap to prevent a siphon condition. Washing machine should not be used outside and poses an unsafe and potentially hazardous conditions. Should the machine get rained on. Advised customer Washing must be installed correctly per the supplied installation guide. Unable to verify any fault at this time. Advise. Customer manufacture warranty does not cover installation corrections. No parts use. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"

Upon arrival found unit with no power to the UI. Checked the unit and found the outlet is good and the power is going to the control board. Check the fuse by the control board and found this one is bad causing failure. Install a new fuse on the unit from truck stock. Retest the unit and now what unit is working properly.
