"Upon arrival, I found the wheels on the unit to be flattened. I wasnt able to pull out the unit to test anything in the back. Refrigerator temperature was 41? when set a 40?. Freezer temperature very high 52?. I know this call is bigger than just a control board now. "JB out 9/4/24Customer states dirty water is left in dishwasher sump at end of cycle. Upon arrival, verified dirty water standing in dishwasher sump. Further inspection found check valve flap in drain hose. Stuck partially preventing water from draining. Remove end of drain hose from water pump. Adjusted check valve flap verified free motion. Reinstalled drain hose on the pump. Fill dishwasher with water allowed unit to run for a minute verified wash cycle performance. Cancel cycle verified dishwasher is now draining completely. Tested again in normal cycle verified correct water fill and wash operation. Cancel cycle verified water drains quickly. Recommend customer remove filter cup once per month and scrub clean then reinstall. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer. Job Complete"
