Unit might have been unlevel in customers home, also inspected further and disassembled the drain pump and the drain pump filter and found some sort of seeds from food in the drain pump and in the filter,Removed food debris. Recommended that customer always rinses dishes before putting in dishwasher. Also found unit was not heating as stated and found that the thermostat was defective and not allowing the unit to heat properly, and installed old/bad part and installed new. Upon arrival the microwave door hinges were bent and stretched out. Unit needs new microwave hinges supports and arm assembly. The contractor that installed it also severely damaged the trim piece and the cabinet of the microwaves finish. The cabinet of the microwave is a non-repairable part. I am ordering the trim piece that Hass to be at the expense of the contractor that installed.
