Error code F0E5 found on washer. Washer is off balance. Upon arrival I found the unit completely taken apart, unit had an off balance code and does have weak suspension rods. The water valve was also plugged up. Unplugged. Unit did shift from agitation to spin but the washplate spun a little faster than the drum. So I replaced water valve and suspension rods. Replaced part and unit now functioning properly.
