Checked unit found error code f9 e0. Means unit has a wiring issue. Went to j box and found odd voltage readings. Cx then informed me he had solar panels installed. I advised cx hiring a licensed electrician to repair electrical issue. Also ground was wired to Neutral which is stated is not acceptable per installation instructions. Also sending cx installation instructions through email.
