Upon arrival the unit was not cooling. No fans and no compressor. Customer had a power surge and a power outage right before the unit stopped. Unplugged unit and grounded out and performed factory reset on the control board. Unit is cooling and functioning normally

Unit was not heating. Found the thermal fuse open. Removed and replaced thermal fuse and tested unit. Unit functions normal now; used 1 3392519 (
