WASHER WHIRLPOOL MVWB765FW3 Tech attempted to remove old water valve from unit but no matter what position the water valves are turned the water pressure does not decrease when removing the water hoses it sprays onto the walls and does not lose velocity of the spray even when testing all valves on and off. Tried wrapping a towel around hose connections to remove lines but still floods apartment at the top of a three story building. Customers stepped out for a few minutes while tech was working and events u folded. Cx came back and tech explained situation and advised to get water valves repaired or water shut off so the washing machine water valve can be replaced.
