"JB Out 12/17/21 Customer states foods are freezing in the fresh food section. Upon arrival verified freshman session is overloaded leaving no room for air circulate properly. Additionally the cold air inlet from the supply air from the freezer is block with food packages causing freezing cold temperature air to be pushed down the back wall freezing items throughout the fresh food section. Also found condenser coils are plugged. Recommend customer to reduce amount of food packages stored in the fresh food section and to avoid blocking the cold air inlet. Also recommend customer remove toe panel grill and clean condenser coils every two months to help unit work less hard, consume less electricity and regulate temperatures more evenly. no parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete"
