The fan the customer was seeing was the convection fan and customer was running normal big mode. When I put unit into convection Bake the convection fan motor turned on with no issues. Unit functions as designed by manufacturer

Sounds like a washing machine Confirmed by video recording although machine only does it every once in awhile.Unable to determine by video recording as to where the issue lies. Sounds like compressor noise in back round but other noise seems to oscillate fan noise.Ref 7727512153. David at techline agreed that this was normal as to different conditions affect machine loads which can cause different pressures and in turn causes different noises.
