Ran empty in spin and found gas line for dryer running behind washer due to install setup. Routed gas line away from rear cabinet. Found washer too close to dryer, touch dryer cabinet causing vibration on spin, also found cx is used to old style unit. Cx overloading unit and not loading per use and care. Instructed cx on proper use and care, load tested unit. Unit functions as designed."
