Noticed agitator was loose, removed agitator, it had a lot of dry detergent/fabric softener scum build up underneath, showed customer (took pictures) Customer has had unit for over 2 years and a half, up to the previous service visit, they had not used the clean washer cycle. Informed customer just like underneath the agitator, the unit has a lot of that type of build up between the spin basket and outer tub, so much , that some of it is coming off during the cycle, and ends up on the clothes. Informed them that it will take a few CLEAN WASHER CYCLES using AFFRESH before most of that build up to go away."
