Customer stated that unit was not cooling at all. Verified unit not cooling lights were on but compressor is not running. Pulled in and out unplugging it for about two minutes. Resetting it to factory settings. plugged unit back in and compressor fired up and it started to cool. Its probably just a minor glitch in the software and the unit might have gone to defrost it did not come out. Advised customer to give you 24 hours to cool and a check temperature late tonight or tomorrow morning.

"Unable to replicate noise concern. Customer states unit is noisy when it gets started . Checked unit for any objects stuck between drum and seal, none found. Turned unit on, allowed it to run for a few minutes, no noise. Turned unit off and on a few times, unable to replicate any noise. Customer concerned about long drying times. Found there is a metal screen mesh completely clogged at exterior vent. Pointed it out to the customer, advised customer to correct vent outlet with the correct one, one without the metal mesh, to prevent it from accumulating lint and getting clogged again."

"Checked unit found frost build up in fc/ also found broken middle bin cover and Cx stated unit damaged her floor a bit. Cx also stated frost issue has been a problem for quite a while also stating that even with door shutting properly she still had the issue, therefore I recommended an adapter kit to improve air flow in fc. Cx will call back if she decides to get this done."

Customer stated that unit was making a loud vibrating rattling tape noise. Customer also stated that previous servicer came out and replaced the condenser. Remove top panel and found some type of gum wrapped around the condenser and bracket that holds condenser in place underneath refrigerator. Took some insulation and slid insulation between bracket and condenser see if that will help with the reduction of noise when the compressor turns on and the condenser vibrates. Advise customer of issue and that I put some insulation between the condenser and the bracket and this will hopefully resolve the issue. If issue persists advise customer that shell need to contact whirlpool customer care
