Cx states it is defected.Took quick picture of unit.Unit was disassembled prior to tech arrival.Appears buttons are being pushed in too farTook quick pic of stuck buttons Tech advised cx that he would reassembly unit but if buttons were pushed too far into the housing again then a service fee and labor would apply. Cx states she doesn’t want the unit repaired she wants the unit replaced. Tech advised cx that we are a third party company and did not have that authority to replace unit.Cx denied repair due if unit breaks again outside warranty then Cx will be forced to fix it herself that is unacceptable. Documented with techline SR#7726717001 . Repaired unit and tested all operations several times with cx present buttons and unit op as designed. Cx defrosted unit completely and then plugged unit back in.Tech removed deli drawer and found unit appears cooling but not a lot of ice build up on evaporator. Took quick picRC & FC thermistors pass.FC and RC evap fans op damper reads 23 as closed but tech can still feel air flow ordering damper control Test 6 defrost bi metal is closedAnd no mfg codes stored in controlRemoved all shelves to access evap. Verified control is opening and closing fully as designed. Had bad contacton defrost thermistor per R1 reattached thermistor and replaced all parts, unit is cooling as designed. Job complete"
