Customer said that Unit was crooked and dripping oil down the back wall. Checked unit and installation of vent hood is incorrect. Unit is not level and slants to the left. It’s her vent hood will have to come down and be reinstalled and leveled properly informed customer that this is something that needs to be done by the insulation company in the manufacture of the home. This is a major installation issue not a minor one but unit is working properly
