"Changed water valve, fill tube heater, and both icemakers. Ran through some diagnostic testing and found the icemaker fill test to work with only one use as opposed to three uses. Also found the new icemaker in the freezer section to be functioning better. Customer shouldnt have any more issues after this visit. If they do, they informed me that they are going to increase the size of the water line coming into the refrigerator from the reverse osmosis system. closing ticket"
